Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • the product has been opened or used
  • the product seal is broken

Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
